How We Ship
We offer flat rate shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing Time
All orders are made on demand — meaning your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed and handed off to our shipping carrier before it begins its journey to you.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next available business day.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery takes approximately 5 to 7 business days. Due to the on-demand nature of our products, some orders may take slightly longer depending on production volume and carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time by visiting the Track Your Order page under the Your Account menu on our site.
Shipping Address
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. Amp'd Up Custom is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at amp@gmailupcustom.com — we can only make address changes within 12 hours of your order being placed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows your package has not moved in an extended period or is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us at amp@gmailupcustom.com and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
Amp'd Up Custom is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend ensuring your delivery location is secure.
