RETURN POLICY
At Amp'd Up Custom, we stand behind the quality of every piece we put out. We want you to love what you ordered — but please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns
Damaged Items We gladly accept returns for items that arrive damaged due to manufacturing defects. If your order shows up with a defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Non-Damaged Items We do not accept returns for non-damaged items. This includes change of mind, wrong size ordered, or not liking the product. Since many of our items are print-on-demand and produced specifically for your order, we strongly encourage you to review all product descriptions, size charts, and design previews carefully before placing your order.
Custom Designs Please note that our designs are created on demand. Due to the custom nature of these products, all sales are final on non-defective items regardless of design style or method of creation.
Exchanges
Damaged Items We will gladly exchange a damaged item for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.
Non-Damaged Items We do not offer exchanges for non-damaged items.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for a damaged item follow these steps:
- Go to Orders under the Your Account menu
- Find the order you'd like to return and click the Return button
- Follow the on-screen instructions
- Once we receive your request we'll send you an email asking for photos of the damage if you haven't already provided them
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
If you need to cancel an order, you must submit your cancellation request within 12 hours of purchase. Contact us directly to request a cancellation. If more than 12 hours have passed since your purchase, a team member will reach out to discuss next steps — but cancellation is not guaranteed once production has begun.
Additional Information
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns to ensure safe delivery
- Shipping costs on original orders are non-refundable
